        All Trading Cards shipped and sold directly from Shopville.ca and MyShopville.com are sent directly from manufacturer sealed case packs. No previously returned Trading Card sets should EVER be shipped for online orders placed through our flagship stores.

        December Holiday Returns Policy

        During the December Holiday season, our return policy is extended for any purchases made from November 24th onwards, allowing returns until January 31st.

        How Does Shopville Process Returns?

        All returns for unwanted product must be in their original condition and may be returned within thirty (30) days from the delivery date at the buyer's expense, for Standard Shipping orders without tracking this date will be considered fifty (50) days from the date your item shipped. Exceptions will be made during times of postal delay.

        Items that shipped new that are returned used may be subject to a restock fee of up to 50% of the original price paid.

        New merchandise must be returned or exchanged in new condition with all original packaging and contents.
